I get put into an infinite loading screen then when it does work I get 0 fps and it’s stuttering and I can’t move

Hey there,
Thanks for posting in our forum regarding your issue. It's never a good time when our devices don't function as they should, so lets see what we can do to fix it! We have a few steps here for you to try and see if this resolves the issue for you. Please see below:
1. Go to https://www.meta.com/quest/setup/ and click Download software.
2. Select Repair.
• If Windows asks you if you’re sure you want to open this file, click Yes.
• If Windows Defender prompts Windows protected your PC, click More info and then click Run anyway.
• If your antivirus software restricts the file from opening, temporarily disable your AV and continue.
• Please remember to re-enable your antivirus software once you've completed the repair.
3. Allow the repair process to run, download and install.
4. Launch the Oculus PC app.
Please also ensure you have ticked off the following list below:
1. Check for any pending Windows updates (even optional ones) by accessing Settings - Windows Update
2. Update your graphics card drivers by checking the manufacturer's website
3. If you are using Oculus Tray Tool or other third party software that can make modifications to graphics or settings, please uninstall for troubleshooting purposes as these programs can cause conflicts that affect performance and display.
4. Please disconnect any extra devices connected to the PC leaving only the product hardware, mouse, keyboard , one primary monitor and quest link
