Hello I am currently having Issues with the meta quest link. Whenever I launch a game on the link it runs on my computer but not in my headset whenever I launch any game I am stuck at the loading screen. Please can anyone get back to me about this problem.

Okay, we really appreciate you clarifying! When it comes to Air Link, we definitely want to share the best practices to make sure your connection remains stable and secure. Please confirm whether the following points apply and we can move forward together:

  • Have the PC connected to Router/Access Point via Ethernet cable and not Wi-Fi.
  • Headset should be connected to Wi-Fi via 5GHz band (AC or AX).
  • Router should be in the same room as the headset or in line-of-sight, and at least 1m (3.3ft) off the ground.
  • Be sure you're not using a non-mesh network configuration.

Is it a new behavior?

What type of cable do you have?

Does the Oculus PC application sees your Quest 3 (there a panel with headset properties)?
