Recently I upgraded my pc from an Intel core i9 11900k to an AMD Ryzen 9600x and that also meant I had to upgrade my motherboard and ram so I got everything working correctly the only problem is now my quest 3 will no longer connect at USB 3 speeds though the USB type-c ports on my motherboard or my front io I've tried several troubleshooting steps like trying different cables I've tried an official link cable and another USB 3 cable but both get capped at around 350-360 mbps and I've tried updating the bios but nothing I've tried has fixed the issue and I even reset windows and reinstalled the meta quest link app but nothing works, if anyone knows what the issue could be than please let me know.
