I sent a support ticket yesterday, received an email back, but every time I replied to the email it kept telling me that my email couldn’t be sent, address couldn’t be found. we got an email this morning asking if we still needed help but couldn’t reply to that one either. we are having problems with the left menu button on our quest pro controller. we bought it last August so it’s less than a year old. For $300 controllers I expected them to work a lot longer than eight months. All the other buttons worked. we tried to factory reset the controllers, and when we went to pay them to the headset again, the right controller will pair, but the left controller will not pair because that button is not working and that’s the button you need. Not sure how to get in touch with who we need to be in touch with.
