I have a Meta Quest 1 headset that is sadly being faced out by support for games working standalone on the headset so I wanted to use it via airlink to play pc versions of the games. The problem I have encountered is that some games like rec room and beatsaber does work. The game start with no problem but the controller seems to not be responding in the game the hand or saber hilts just lays on the floor of the game. I have set OpenXr to the meta quest link. Some other games work like VRChat and Bullet train tech demo also steamvr games work fine. Someone help me with this issue. I have tried everything from reinstalling games, I reinstalled the link app several times and I have updated to latest on all thing and tried reconnect and connect the controllers so no I am lost on what to do.
The thing is that it is not just beatsaber and rec room so even if I ask them it would probably not fix it he issue with other games.
when trying to go trough Meta support I do not get further than them asking which headset I own and they do not even have so that I can choose meta quest 1,
I tested Rec room trough SteamVR and it work there. I do not understandstand why. Both oculus and steam uses the OpenXR for oculus.
All Steam games seems to work but I own most games on Meta Link. The only game on meta Link that works is VRChat but it does use the same open xr has other games launched from there. Thanks for replaying. I will try reach out to meta trough this forum
Update: I found a weird issue regarding my problem. If I hold both controllers in my hands they stop tracking but as fast as I put one controller away they start to work until I pick up the controller I put away. It does matter which controller it is both do the same hence why people who try removing the battery from one controller because then the controller stops working.
