Meta refused to help-now I lost access to my account

Since February of 2024, I tried explaining my issue to meta, that I couldn't change my email address and that my old email address was being closed on August 28th.

Time and again, I got the same reply, and closed ticket.  They gave me run around after run around.  I even made a video that is unlisted nearly a month ago-and they still never watched it.   I now no longer have access to my old email and cant login to my account if I clear my cookies, and I will lost over $150 worth of software.


The support that Meta offers is an absolute joke.  My device is under warranty still, but Ill never buy a Quest 4 based on the utterly worst support I have ever experienced in my life.

This was sent on August 13th, they asked me to use the email that was being closed.  And now Meta doesn't even reply to my messages.
 
 
Real nice support system, take your money, then ignore you.

Thanks for removing all my case numbers so any would be helpful employee wont be able to look into the case.  Triple A service I swear!  Cant get help from support, get censored on the forums.

Hey ManCaveMike, I've gotten confirmation that your case is being looked at as we speak. The reason we remove case numbers is for your privacy. We don't want these floating around publicly as it pertains to sensitive info regarding your account. I hope this helps clear up some confusion.
