Meta reset store code issue

Hello meta I have a meta quest 3s and I want to buy a game on it and when I have to confirm the purchase with my card it asks for the store code and I don’t remember it and I tried resetting it and it didn’t not work so what can I do to fix this

I followed the way to reset store code or forgotten pin and when I try to buy something it won’t work

So, you have a new code, but it still doesn't work....is that correct?

You should contact @MetaQuestSupport so they can look into your account and see what's going wrong.
Click on their name to visit their profile page, then click the "send message" button.
