Meta said the Quest 2 available in Brazil! But where?

I was watching Meta's Connect "Marketing Your Meta Quest App" video when, at 3:13, Caitlin Bigham, Product Manager of the Meta Quest Store, said "We're currently selling Meta Quest 2 in Europe, Asia, North America and South America", and a slide shows as if it were available in Brazil.

AFAIK, no Meta headset is currently being officially sold in Brazil (it doesn't even show up in the list of delivery counties in the official Meta store). The Quest 2, the Meta store website and support site all seem to support Brazilian Portuguese for years, though, but I could never get an official reason or estimate of availability of the Quest 2 in Brazil from the Meta support team.

The only bit of information I've found was an article from May (in Portuguese), saying that "Facebook received (from Anatel - National Telecommunications Agency) a temporary authorization for non-commercial use of Quest 2 units in Brazil, limited to demonstrations to be conducted by employees". But without proper Anatel authorization, the device can't be sold in the country, and I haven't seen such authorization yet (even though it could have been already requested).

So, could anyone from Meta confirm the information regarding the availability of Quest 2 in Brazil? And where? Or, if it will be available, when?

That map is way off. It says they don't sell in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, Ireland, Poland and Austria (and maybe more), which they do. And I've never heard of them selling in South America.

I'm watching the video now. Did they get the map from some other product (Meta Portal or something?) and accidentally use it?
