Our quest headset stopped working during the warranty period and we sent it back for an exchange with Meta. They accepted the exchange but when I got the replacement item I received the item visibly soiled and scratched. I've contacted meta at least half a dozen times and each time I've been assured they'll deal with it and now it's been 2 weeks and no communication from them outside of an email saying they've fulfilled their obligations of the warranty. I'll attach a picture of what I was sent. Any ideas on how to contact Meta via phone or how to resolve this? They don't reply to emails and always say they'll refer it to a department but then they've continued to ghost me and think it's acceptable to leave this biohazardous item.

Reached out again and surprise-they immediately refused to address it and again referred it off. This is the same response I've received half a dozen times over 2 weeks. Apparently sending soiled items is how Meta runs their business.

Meta reached out and accepted responsibility for the soiled object. They said they'd send a return label within 3 days of the email received yesterday (have not received as of yet). Will see what happens next ...
