Meta sucks way too much

my headset has sucked and had way too many issues since I got it out of the box and started using it. Waited a while and thought maybe updates might fix it or someone online might post a fix for all the issues my headset had. Tried everything and ended up with 0 success and decided to contact meta for a replacement and if it acts just as terrible I’d like at least a refund for waisting my money on a defective device. Sadly meta has been giving me the run around for way too long with clueless and non helpful responses, most of the time I don’t get a response at all. And at this point I’m just baffled and way too overwhelmed at the sight of how meta has been behaving for the past 2 years. I can’t even talk to anyone that can SPELL! I’ve went into detail too many times and metas buffoonery has fried my brain so I hope these emails with me explaining and showing my frustration will make things a little more clear. 











I’m running out of options and patience. Even running out of effort to try and get this joke of a company to listen to anything whatsoever. Its like they don’t even read the email or previous emails. I can’t even explain how many times I’ve sent my shipping information and headset serial number just for them to ask me again and again and again just for it to go nowhere again and again and again when I do respond. Can anyone explain why meta sucks this much???
