back in january 1st, i paid for meta verified on my facebook account to access support hoping that i would find a solution about my instagram account that got disabled for no reason at all, which is 10 years old (2015), the first 3 tickets, meta support keeps directing me to the hacked accounts section in instagram's help center, the other tickets tell me that they forwarded my case to a specialized team and they would update me in 24h or 1 week, but it took for them more than 3 weeks with no response or update that i had to close the ticket and recreate another one, and this other one also is on the second week and i still didnt get any update about my case
