Meta support not responsive - hoping to get help

I opened a support case and got an email July 19th but haven't heard back since their original response indicating they were looking into the issue and would get back to me, even after multiple follow-ups from my side.

My son hasn't been able to use his oculus in months. His account was disabled because my wife didn't see the emails about needing to verify information. Now both their accounts can't be logged into. I'm trying to help them regain access (when they log in it says they need to contact support). Super frustrated and just hoping there's someone who can help or a way to get a more responsive rep.

Thanks after posting this I ended up opening a new support case and have a more responsive rep this time. My issue isn't resolved yet but they are actively communicating and making it sound like they'll be able to help. Thanks
