Meta support problem

Every time I write to their support about some problems in their ouculus store, I get a nice email back saying they have received it. After about 24 hours I get an email back.
Your request (XXXXXX) has been updated.
If you have any further questions or comments, please reply to this email.
But it does not say what they have replied and the problem has not been solved.
It is very frustrating not to finish.
