Meta suppprt not helping to resolve account issues

It's been since Christmas since my son got his quest 3.  He setup an account and started using for the first 2 weeks.  Then about a week later got an email for clarification about is age.  Provided the documentation on Facebook and they disabled the account anyways.   Now been dealing with meta quest support for abort 4 months now and still no end in sight to resolving the account disabled issue.  Have not been able use any of the games that was bought under the account.  Also they won't refunded the money.   Is there anyway I can get help getting this resolved?

Having sort of the same issue. I’ve spent a month going back and forth with customer service only to keep getting long emails that basically say wait for the next person to email you. I can’t even add a new account on the headset it’s just totally useless right now. 4 total headsets in my home and not a single one able to use. This has got to be the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.

there is a big blue button in the upper right corner - similar to the reply button here.
