I had a scratch on my left eye lens, so i asked for my warranty replacement thinking it'd be ok to put everything in the original box and send it. I did, waited a week and got it back but i didnt realize until i opened it, it was just the headset so what happened to my controllers. will i get them back or will i have to give up on it? I've texted support but i dont know if much is being done i keep getting the same responses and one literally tried to cancel a ticket as soon as i started messaging
