Hello friends, where can I complain about the Meta Turkey team? They really responded to my emails in a very bad tone. They are literally making fun of their jobs. And they talk as if they are making fun of me. Facebook pays people like this. They have shaken my trust in Facebook. I don't know exactly where and how to complain. Can you please help? I bought a Meta subscription. After a while, I contacted the Meta support team. There were problems with my followers. People could not follow me. When people clicked on the Follow button, it did not work. I think the team is pretty amateur. They asked me to translate the Turkish things I sent to the authorities into English, and I did. Then, in a way that I could not understand, they asked me to tell them the brand and model of my phone. And to document that it was the best version of Instagram. When I asked what these had to do with my problem, first the person in the support team changed, then they started to respond to my emails in a very rude tone. I want to complain about them. I want them to be checked and controlled. This information may serve another purpose; they may be doing something secretly.
