Last week I bought a 3 for myself and a 3s for my wife. I was genuinely excited and now it's become a nightmare.
I am trying to play spades on horizon worlds but says I have to wait until I am 18.
I tried sending my ID about 15 times and always get the same email that says try again. I've made sure pictures are perfect and show clearly ALL info they ask for.
I sent them an email and long story short, they will not help me. All I get is a different person each time saying the same things.
I logged out and logged back in, I used a incognito tab to try, I've double checked my birthday and I have changed my name to the exact name on my license.
I am at wits end, I payed 500 for a device that I can't fully use.
Anyone else have a similar issue? My wife wants me to return both headsets but I think its wrong no will help after days and about 35 emails
