Meta wont recognize my serial number!!

I have turned to meta directly for a problem the forums are no help with.

This leads to a screen saying my account has no device aszociated with it.

It allows me to submit the serial number.

When I do, it says the number is not recognized.

The number is from right in the Oculus 2 headset under the little panel where it should be.

What the heck is going on?!!!

In the last few days, other users also had the problem that the serial number was not recognized.

You can contact @MetaQuestSupport here on forum instead of the help page.

Click on their name to visit their profile page, then click the "send message" button.
