My Quest 2 has been bricked since before Christmas and meta claims my device is fine based on my serial number. It instantly bricked after the v72 update a few days before Christmas. It will not turn on whatsoever. No led light while plugged in at all. I have talked to customer service reps almost daily with zero help whatsoever. they just keep saying "our engineers will email you back" and of course I have heard nothing. It seems most people ate being taken care of, why ate they refusing to replace my headset?
