I gotten a brand new meta quest 3s & ever since I turned it on it’s perfectly fine until 30 minutes into an app. The screen turns black & does the (blue oculus icon) as if your just turning it on. I know it just got released but I think they need a major bug update to fix this issue. Will factory reset fix this issue or do you have a better solution ? Thank you.
Since it doesn't seem to be something that applies to everyone, it's more likely your particular headset has a problem. I'd look to get it replaced if I were you.
