My Metacam app keeps crashing. To date I have restarted it 4 times and when that didn't work I checked for updates. Everything is up to date. Now I have performed a factory reset and it still doesn't work. When you try to record via the controller, it crashes. I have done all this troubleshooting and have made no advance in resolving the issue. It has been like this since I last updated.

I am a teacher trying to run a class and our casting is a requirement during class time. I too am having this issue this week. It worked fine last week. It is kind of impossible to reset all of my 10 devices to make this work. There has to be another option besides factory reset and even that doesn't solve the persistent problem.
