Mic not working on vrchat

my mic works on other applications and other games except for VR chat I’ve done all the troubleshooting and steps recommended. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled VR chat restarted my headset factory reset my headset or my quest 3S and still the mic doesn’t work in VR chat it seems to be stuck in android input mode and does not give me the option to change the device my mic says it’s on, but nobody can hear me

You could try the following steps see if they help at all:

• Try going in library, hover on top of VR chat, click 3 dots, permission, make sure you have it mic access.
• Go in your VR chat settings and make sure you have no privacy settings or mute that would keep you from chatting with people.
