I use metal quest 3 for work when I make VR environments and other projects, I have a great many micro scratches on the outside of the lenses.
It has caused a mildly visible fog like appearance when looking through it.
I need to know from those with real experience in cleaning such lenses. I need real solutions (ONLY), inexperienced suggestions are not wanted as this is work I'm dealing with so to me this is very serious.

Q: How do remove these scratches without damaging the lenses?
Keep a light touch or you can melt the lenses from friction heat.
