Microphone has turned itself on in settings after being Muted

I am on release v56 and its twice now that mute microphone under sound, general settings has turned itself on. The first I know about it is when other players comment that I am quiet. Has this happened to anyone else?

Edit: Yesterday I checked the the mute microphone and turned it off. I then rebooted and checked it was still not muted, it was not. I then tried a few games I normally play, none turned muting on. So this morning to give me a good chance of getting v57 I left my headset on charge while I went shopping. It was at 100% when I checked microphone mute again and it had turned itself on 🤔
