Dear Friends,
Recently I became responsible for our Quest Oculus here and when I try to connect this glasses with my cellphone using Meta Horizon I realized the the accounts that we have are not migrated to a Meta Account.
There is a way to do this? What is the procedure?
Other question: I can not made the software update, do you have a troubleshooting for this?
Hey there, @zampieri.fernando.2024! Good questions here! If you've had an old oculus account, the email it was associated with should have received an email earlier this year letting you know the account was being deprecated and providing a one time use code to redeem your purchases. If you're able to find this email that should help you regain all of your purchases. In terms of the software updates. We have an article on updating software here. Though The Original quest is no longer being updated, so you may have the latest version. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or challenges.

Hi, thanks for the fast response. As I told I assume this task to manage our Quest this week and I don´t receive any e-mail. The old account that I try to connect is the one that I find in the box.

When I enter with this account I receive the message that account doesn´t exist and if I wanto to create one.
You would've received mail on the email associated with your account detailing the next steps between Oculus accounts and Meta accounts.
If you did not manage to migrate your unused Oculus account to a Meta account by March 2024, your account may have been deleted.
It is super easy to create a new account - then you won't miss out on any more VR!
