I believe your old account is gone and can no longer be recovered. Meta have been warning about this for a long time. Hoever, I've heard that if you log a support call and can prove ownership, support can provide a redemption code to assign your owned games to your new account.

Being a legacy Oculus user, you should have received an email to the original account email address with a coupon code for your account redemption.
We would strongly suggest locating that email as we can not replicate the coupon if lost, after locating the coupon you would be able to redeem it through your Meta account to gain access to all apps and games you have had purchased in the past. Hi, I have the same problem as Claraque. I have all emails saved, what date and subject can I search for? Do you know the subject of the email with the coupon code in Swedish?
Hey there, @Claraque! We want to thank you for bringing this to our attention. We would like to inform you that we did send out an email regarding the conversion from Oculus to Meta Quest; however, if you did miss the deadline, that is okay. You will still be able to convert your account over to Meta Quest, but we would like to let you know that any games that were purchased with your Oculus account will not be transferred over to your Meta Quest account. You will no longer have access to those purchased games, and there is no way to undo this action.
