Missing $30 Bonus from Referral

Dear Meta Quest Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the $30 referral credit bonus that was promised for new users. I purchased a Meta Quest 3S (128 GB) on April 18, 2025, from Media Expert using a referral link. However, I have not yet received the bonus.

Additionally, I contacted support on April 22, 2025, about this matter but did not receive any assistance or resolution. Could you please investigate this issue and ensure that the bonus is applied to my account?

Hi,

I’ve been trying to send a private message regarding my missing $30 referral bonus, but I keep getting the error:
“You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.”

This has been happening since April 30, and it’s now been more than two full days. I’ve only sent one or two messages during that time.

Could you please let me know:

  • How long this message limit will last?

  • Is there a way to lift it sooner?
    I’d really like to resolve my referral issue as soon as possible.

Hi,
I wanted to send you a private message with the details you requested, but unfortunately I've been hitting a message limit since yesterday and I still can't send anything.

This would actually be my first message since then, but I keep getting the error saying I've reached the limit for private messages.

Hej,
Użyłem poprawnie linku polecającego przed zakupem gogli Meta Quest 3S (zakup 18.04.2025, aktywacja 22.04). Konto założone 17.04. Nie otrzymałem 30 USD za polecenie.
Zgłaszałem problem 22.04 i chciałem dodać dane do sprawy, ale od tamtej pory nie mogę wysłać żadnej wiadomości prywatnej z powodu jakiegoś limitu – trwa to już ponad 48h.

Proszę o pomoc i wyjaśnienia  – chciałbym normalnie przekazać wymagane informacje i zakończyć sprawę.
