Hello I'm a long time owner of an Oculus rift. I had originally purchased this well before the Meta purchase and my account had several games on it. Now when I log into the meta version of the app I don't have any of those previous purchases available in my library. How do I go about recovering these previous purchases and are there any games that are no longer available on the meta version of the application.
Did you migrate your Oculus account to a Meta account before end of March 2024?
This was the deadline to migrate to Meta accounts. After that date Oculus accounts got deleted.
Or have you accidently created a new Meta account, which - of course - has none of your old games on it?
