This could be a long shot hopefully somebody might be able to help me, my wife purchased a meta quest vr for me for my birthday day last July, but I then took ill and have not used it for a year, when it was purchased it came with some stuff on it, shark cave, epic train journeys, and l travel app that allowed me to go to the valley of the kings, and Yellowstone park, was some of the places I visited, l am now in a position to use it again but when I started using it, all the apps were missing and I don't seem able to get them back, spoken to customer service and they can't help me, have offered me £10 in good faith, any ideas please, much appreciated.
