So I used to be able to wear a lot of clothing from the meta store it even allowed me to buy clothing from the store. Now I only have access to the ones that I have previously worn I also cannot change my avatar picture.

We do recommend that you submit a bug report right now and keep an eye on future updates to see if the issue will be resolved. We do know this is not an immediate fix and may also be a different answer than the one you came searching for, but we do ask that you remain patient. I'm having the same problem about the avatar clothing and it's been like that all week. I had the same issue about the profile picture that did resolve itself eventually. But this clothing issue is very annoying especially when you have a group of friends who do fun outfit themed activities in game and you're the only one who can't.

I have a similar issue. I barely have free options anymore. Totally sucks. I asked my meta friends and they were able to get pirate outfits for free even. I can't even wear shorts as I don't have any options for them anymore..😑

It's not complicated. I have no free options in my avatar clothing. The only I see is men's tops and pants. That is it. I have about 6 options the rest are not free. Everyone else has free options. I can't even see the stuff I won in worlds. This isn't right. I tried on my phone app and my meta quest option.
Absolutely understandable @Angiefitness80! We want to help with this situation, however we were requesting clarification on what exactly you are trying to use, because the Meta Quest Avatar options and the Horizon Worlds Avatar customization are different Avatar editing. For example, if you are trying to use clothing options you earned in Horizon Worlds, in the Avatar editor for the Meta Quest itself, you will not see those options as the Horizon World Avatar editor is not the same as the meta quest avatar editor. If you are trying to customize your Horizon Worlds Avatar, you can follow the steps listed out here.
