Last night 12/16, I was trying to link my Quest2 to the Meta app, and it wouldn't link. I then was did a factory reset on my quest 2. Before I did the reset, I backed everything up to the cloud, and verified that the account that the Quest 2 was using was the same account as my Facebook account. After the factory reset I was able to link the quest to my Meta app, but I was unable to find the backup that I made. However for some reason I do not think that my Meta account is seeing the same account that the Quest 2 was using, even though I logged in with my Facebook account. Anyone have any ideas?
