So my son has been missing all of the previously purchased cosmetics in Scary Baboon and it has been like that for over a month now, and when he got on to play today in the game EGG VR he was missing all of his cosmetics in that game and he isn't able to change what his Avatar is wearing!!!!! I know there's been glitches in some games, but I haven't seen anything yet that will help. As far as I know there has been no updates lately, and we have not done any Factory resets. What do we do? We have spent so much money on the cosmetics and now they're not there????? That's not right, plus seeing my kiddo so upset and can't find any help or solutions?!!! Help. Has this happened with anyone else? Has anything worked that you tried? Were you able to get anything back?
