Hi @davidteirney 🙂

when you link your Quest to pc you'll see your pcvr game library, not your Quest library.

There are two stores the Quest store and the pc-link store.

If you bought a crossbuy game in Quest store, you can download the pc version of the game for free and vice versa.

All other games must be purchased a second time, if you want to play the pc version too.

why the difference between quest 2 and quest 3?

Hi @dgbrow 🙂

what do you mean?

If you connect a Quest - no matter if Quest 1, 2, 3, pro or any future Quests that will come - to a pc, you'll always have the pc game library, not the Quest game library. There is no difference between Quest 2 and 3.

If you are talking about the two stores......one store is for Quest games(Android based)  that you can play standalone on your headset.

You don't need a pc for it and you can not install those games on a pc.

The second store (pc-link) is for pc games (windows based).

You need a pc to play them and it's not possible to install them on Quest headsets itself.......but you are able to play all pcvr games with your Quest if you link the headset to a pc that is strong enough to run the game.

The stores are not different for Quest 2 and 3, but for standalone and pc games

I hope, I could answer your question.🙂

well the problem is the link doesn't pick up the games on my pc

Hi @pillakiler 🙂

What do you mean?

Are you able to link your Quest with the Meta link app on pc?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME WE PAID FOR A 20 DOLLER GAME AND I NEED TO BUY IT AGAIN I SAW SOMEONE GOT THE
 GAME
         ON
              THE
                  APP
                     BUT
FOR ME I CANT GET IT I HATE THIS

Hi @Yoji_VR 🙂

No, I'm not kidding.
Games on Quest or PC work on different systems, so the games have to be developed for two systems.
Quest (Android) - PC (Windows)
You don't complain if you buy a game for your Quest but can't play it on Playstation without buying it again for that system, do you?
That's how you should look at it.

Some developers have decided to offer their games as cross-buy, meaning: if you buy a Quest game, you get a free copy of the PC version of the game and vice versa.
But that's not a given.

Now, having said all that:
What game are you talking about that someone got for free but you can't get?
