Missing redeemed referral store credit!!

I redeemed 4 of my £46 headset credits, they all said successfully applied but only 3 of them show on my balance

I already had a small amount of store credit left from last year to spend so my balance is £152.  Reading this forum suggests other people are having this issue too and that £160 is the trigger point to losing credit.  Please fix this and give me my store credit back!

To add to this, my wallet balance shows 3 x £46 referrals one after the other (with the 4th one missing)

 

On my referral page it shows £184 Promo Quest Cash earned this month!!  This clearly shows the discrepancy of 1 missing one on my Wallet

Going round in circles, Meta emails are asking me for the serial and username of the people referred.  In the screenshots you can see it does not even show the names of the people and just says "Device Referred".  Theres no way of knowing which of them I've redeemed and which I haven't (apart from a very small few which do show name)!!

 

Please can this be escalated!

And again I've been sent a repeat email basically asking the same question.  LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! How can I tell you which device and username out of the couple of dozen headset referrals I've got over the past few weeks failed to apply when it doesnt show the names on there!!! arrgghhh

Ok, so 2 days ago I went through the chat help, and someone then sorted my problem by manually crediting for the 1 that disappeared.  All great or so I thought

Yesterday I went to redeem another of my credits.  When I hit Redeem it said words to the efffective of "you have redeemed too many today try again tomorrow" and it didnt credit me.  I hadn't redeemed any that day.  It was approximately lunchtime UK time. I just left it

On going back I see that the referral has yet again disappeared, and on redeeming my last couple it is saying I've hit my limit....when it hasn't.  Its clearly counted the one it said to try again tomorrow to as a redeemed referral, I've lost it again, and it now wont let me use my final one, even though in total only 8x£46 have successfully redeemed (9 if you count the one that was manually credited by the support chat), so I've lost £46 referral, and also can't redeem the next £46, so £92 down effectively as a result for the yearly redemption limit

 

I tried chat again, they've said they've passed it to 2nd line support this time and will be contacted by email.  I feel this means that yet again I'm going to be asked to give serial numbers and names, when the app doesnt show me which name belongs to which referral (they asked me 4 x in a row last time it was infuriating in emails, I even attached screenshots to show it shows no names!)

Thanks for keeping us updated.

In the other thread, I tagged MetaQuestSupport asking them to look into this issue and help us recover our missing credits. Then on January 2nd I reported the issue through the app (Menu > Support > Report an issue).

So far I haven't been contacted by Meta.

I'm trying to be patient, assuming that Meta support is busier than usual due to holiday sales and new users.

I will continue to follow your progress. 🤞

Anyone get this issue solved by support? I've been trying to get help from support since Jan 1st.
