Hello can you please help me
I shipped my headset and right controller back to Meta 20 Jan, in the same box per staff advise.
Warehouse lost my controller
It's now been almost a month and the specialist team has been "looking" into this for over a week with no resolution!
Please help me get a replacement RIGHT controller so that I can use my Meta Quest 3 again, I love the headset, just frustrated with the way I've been treated.

Thank you! Love the puns, It's been 22 days since the warehouse lost it without a replacement or movement on the case. Could you get a grip sooner so I can get back in the action! Pretty please! 🙂

I have just received my replacement VR but it’s missing the controllers , I was instructed Ted to remove batteries and clear data and returned my VR complete , and now my son has no controllers , can you help me please
