I purchased MLB Home Run Derby in my phone using my cc on file and I had a $5 credit in the shop. I have no idea why, but my Store in the App was the Rift store so that is what was purchased, which I cannot use. I did not even install that program. I immediately asked for a refund when I noticed what had happened, and I bought the correct version for the Quest.
My problem is that I got an email saying that my refund was denied because they were unable to refund to the original form of payment that I used which is weird because that is the only card I have ever used, and I have had to get refunds before with no problems.
The rep that I spoke to about this attempted to manually process the refund but was unable to do so and told me the problem would be escalated and I'd be hearing from them. I have yet to hear about the refund for this Rift app that I cannot use. Can someone please look into this? Thanks.
