I have just paid to buy a game on meta quest app. The payment has been made by PayPal automatically and I just lo9ked up my bankaccouny. The money had been taken but the game has not been perchased and I can't download it.
I had look on my library and I have no game to download.
Could you please help me to solve this issue please?
