Today i got onto my Quest 3 just to find the message "Ask a parent for help until November 1st". I did a factory reset and that seemed to fix that issue but now i have another issue, Games that i downloaded for free are still there but the games that i bought were missing. Pavlov Shack and Ghosts of Tabor were missing. I don't know why and what to do, I know that i cant be on the wrong account since i only registered this account. I do not want a refund but the games back. If you could possibly check into it i would be really glad.
