Hi. I recently bought a Motorola G14 mobile phone and downloaded the Meta Horizons app to use it with my headset.
I cannot get them to pair at all. I've gone through all the steps that you've suggested right down to factory reset. The factory reset almost broke everything as when going through the initial start-up steps from within the headset and the app it wouldn't pair. They are both on the same network (my home wifi), but when going through the steps it wanted me to put in a 5 digit code. I tried putting the code that appeared in the headset into the app but it still wouldn't connect. I tried a few times. They both have bluetooth turned on.
I couldn't get any further than that.
Luckily i had an old Samsung phone handy. I downloaded the app to that and went through the steps and it was seamless. I didn't even need to do the 5 digit code. It found it perfectly. The app shows that it's connected and the battery levels, and shows that it's connected to the wifi.
WHen i try and pair the Moto G14 it still just says it's looking for the headset and then eventually gets to the screen where it asks for the 5 digit code. I can't get any further than that.
I'm guessing not many people have a Moto G14 as I can't find any help online.
Hope you can help.

Hey there, our app has compatibility issues with certain devices, particularly ones that have Operating Systems based on, but not specifically, Android. This includes phones like Oppo, Huawei and Motorola.
We understand this isn't the ideal solution, but if you have an iOS device, a PC or are able to access your Samsung easily, they should all work consistently.
We appreciate your time and understanding with this situation. Thank you.
