Move App no longer sync'ing data to iPhone since Monday, September 23rd

My iPhone OS and all Health/Fitness apps are fully updated.

My Meta iPhone App and Quest 3 headset are fully updated.

My iPhone and Meta headset are on the same network.

As of this past Monday, September 23rd, info is no longer sync'ing from the Move app to the Fitness app on my phone/watch. That is the last day that the Apple Fitness app reports receipt of data from the Move app. 

If you open the Horizons app, go to the Move Settings and choose Connected Apps, the toggle for Apple Health is in the off position and grayed out. You can see in the attached image that the data is being sent from the headset to the Meta App as it sync'd just today but something has disabled the Apple Health connection. I have not made adjustments to any settings that would turn off this feature and Apple support was unable to help as their apps are working as intended. There is a message below the toggle that says "Apple Health is not currently available." 

Please fix this. I do the vast majority of my exercise in the Quest 3 and depend on this data being collected on my iPhone/Apple Watch. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out to Meta Quest Support! We understand that you're having issues reenabling syncing between Meta Quest Move and Apple Health. 

 

Thank you very much for trying out those troubleshooting steps - given that they have not fixed this issue and there are other users reporting the same thing, it appears that this service is not available at the moment. We realise this is inconvenient for you, but we are currently unable to provide further troubleshooting steps. 

 

What we can recommend in the meantime is filling out a bug report so that our engineers are aware of the situation.

I am experiencing the same issue. Is this being worked on? Is it intentional on Meta’s part? It significantly reduces the usefulness of the headset for me. 

We understand that you're having issues reenabling syncing between Meta Quest Move and Apple Health and this has hugely impacted the usefulness of the headset for you. Therefore, we recommend you to fill the bug report for our engineers' awareness.
