Hello everyone and happy new year,
tl/dr: Heartbeat monitor is paired via Bluetooth and is also recognised by Move, but I cannot see the heartbeat in the overlay and cannot make any settings for it.
Full: I'm currently running version 71.0.0. (v72 is not offered to my right now) on my Quest 3 and although my Bluetooth heart rate monitor is paired and recognised by Move (message from Move: You can now enable required settings to see your heart rate), I can't make any settings in Move to display the heart rate in the overlay after clicking on the above message. Am I missing something?
Before the last update, the display in the overlay usually worked automatically (sometimes I just had to switch the overlay off and on again if the heart rate was not displayed, in some rare occasions I had to restart the headset or reconnect the device).
Can you help me? As I also play a lot of sports games on my Quest 3, this overlay is really important to me. Maybe v72 already solved that problem?
Thank you very much. 🙂
Best regards
Gray

Got a mail: They will shut down Move by end of march. No replacement announced and personally I don't expect that they will deliver a replacement at all ... really disappointing.

I’m having the exact same issue. I have a Polar H10 on V71. Have been troubleshooting with Meta support, lastly factory reset the whole thing. Haven’t solved the problem yet. Let us know if you get a solution.

The line item in the Move settings has also been removed. This makes me think it was intentional. I can still pair my HRM, but there's no longer an option to show it.

I reported it via headset ... will certainly help if you report it too.
A device that is also advertised as a sports device MUST support heart rate measurement in 2025. Anything else would be a joke (in my opinion).
So I hope it's just a bug. 🙂

Same here. Are you on V71 or 72? I’m not yet offered 72.

V72 here.

Meta Support have tried to solve this with me. Factory reset and new pairing doesn’t work. They don’t have a solution and asked me to report it to the development team. So I’ve reported the issue. Hope it will be fixed in the next update.

That's kind of annoying that they put you through the reset process. It's not like it's an option and it's not working right. They removed the option entirely. All they did is waste your time. The mystery, to me, is why did they remove it, and is there a plan to re-add it? If it was in some release notes somewhere, I missed it. Happy to be shown those notes. In the meantime, I suggest no one reset their headset because support asked them to.

Has anyone received any (further) feedback yet?
