Movement not registering in Les Mills Body Combat

Upper cuts and hooks not registering is les mills body combat. Used 5-6 times no problems

Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this to our attention. We know how it can disrupt an amazing VR experience, and we don't want you to continue to miss out on this amazing app.

Some potential causes of this can be due to: 

  • Low battery level
  • Momentary pairing connection loss
  • Tracking sensor interference caused by the environment. For example, mirrors, infrared cameras, Christmas lights, etc.

We would love to get a better understanding of this by asking for some additional information. 

  • Has your play area changed recently? 
  • Have you tried different play spaces? 
  • Are you using third-party accessories or covers with your device? 
  • When does this issue occur? Does it happen only in certain games? Does it happen in the home environment or on menus?

Once we can gather additional information, we can know what course of action is best for us to take next to get you back on track. We can't wait to hear from you soon!

Thank you for your reply.  I have checked all the list of possibilities listed below.  Those all work in other games.  This is only happening in Les Mills Bodycombat game.  Work Wednesday but didn’t work Thursday.  Game stated it had a new update.

As you mentioned this behavior starting after an update to the game, and it does not appear to be affecting other games and apps, that this is likely not a hardware issue. In this case we would suggest reaching out to the developer for the game via website or their email bodycombat@odderslab.com and reporting this issue with them, as it does look to be specific to their game. Hopefully they will have some information to best assist with this, or can get it resolved through a new update soon. I have communicated twice to Odderslab without an answer.

Hey @Chadphares, we understand that you have communicated with Les Mills twice and have not gotten contacted back. Although, we understand you need it resolved soon that way you can get back into making those killer strikes! This situation will need to be handled with their support team here, we don't have the resources to change the developer's app of Les Mills Bodycombat.
