Multiple Cameras at Different Heights

I have 2 constellation cameras, one is about 1 foot higher than the other. During games I seem to get a height "pop" (randomly). Could this be as the tracking is switching from one camera to the other? Is there a need for all cameras to be at the same height?

I'm experiencing this issue and both my sensors are at the exact same height, I've piggy backed this post: https://forums.oculus.com/community/discussion/46284/hmd-tracking-stutters-with-more-then-one-sensor#latest
and I've posted a video here : https://youtu.be/CVElwsze650

The cameras don't need to be the same height, but they do work best with as much overlap as possible.

Thanks @cybereality
Here is everything I've tried:
Oculus Rift CV1 Vertical Tracking Height Glitch

Two Sensors with Oculus Touch

I have a two sensor setup with Oculus Touch and if I look 45 to 90 degrees away from centre, centre being the mean point between the two cameras, my height glitches around a virtual 12 inches up and down.
I have the cameras on a wall 2 meters apart at eye level facing the centre of my space, I've also tried them at opposite corners of the space (experimental 360), and at desk level with the same result.

Test performed at night, no IR ingress from sunlight.
Internal lighting was off.
I'm running i7 6700k 4Ghz without overclock or XMP.
Checked all HMD LED's using an Infrared sensitive webcam, all fine.
The rear of the HMD is seated low on the back of my head.
Motherboard is MSI Z170A G5 with many USB 3 ports (tried many different ports, All drivers up-to-date.
There are no issue reported by Oculus and I've re calibrated the sensor setup multiple times.

I have tried multiple USB 3.0 ports.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Oculus Software
I have been through the standard calibration
I have disabled all Windows power saving options
I have relocated the sensors
Issue only apparent with two sensor setup
