I'll try and explain my issue as clearly as I can.
I recently purchased a Meta quest 3 headset with the sole intention of using it for Holofit.
I set up the headset as me (Nige) as the device owner and my wife (Deb) as a secondary user. Deb then installed the Holofit app and we were happy to pay upfront without a 7 day trial for a years subscription. It seems that the 'share this app across all profiles' option is only available on the device owner's preferences, so I downloaded the same app onto my profile, did the same sign up, checked the 'share this app' box and everything seemed to be fine.
Until yesterday when Deb's original install's 7 day trial was up. She cancelled it because we're keping the one on my account to share across both meta accounts on the same headset, but she can't log out of holofit and when she tried to delete it, it just remains greyed out but still visible and there doesn't seem to be any access to the version on my account that I'm allegedly sharing.
Put simply, All I want to do is have my 1 paid for piece of software accessible across 2 meta profiles on the same headset.
The only option I can think of at the moment is to just reset to factory settings and start again.
