I had not played my Oculus Quest 2 for almost a year and was unpleasantly surprised when I tried to log on that my account was suspended for violating community standards. I looked through my email and had emails sent to my junk folder in 9/24 saying if I did not verify my age by the end of the month my account would be deleted. I am 33 years old. I had multiple games and I am so upset about losing everything. Has anyone found a way to fix this? As I’m sure you all have found out how horrible customer support is. I’ve been unable to find any chat or real person options. Thanks in advance.
