Hello,
It has been over two months, and my account is still unable to make normal purchases.
I have Quest Cash in my account.
I am able to make purchases using discount codes in the Meta Store.
For example: I can purchase Synth Riders using the code SR40-698CF6 without any issues.
However, if I try to purchase games at regular or sale prices directly from the Meta Store (without using a promo code), the purchase always fails.
Each time I try, I receive the following error message:
Request not completed
We noticed unusual activity. To protect your account, we can't complete this request.
Please try again later or visit our Help Center.
I have contacted your support team multiple times, but after two months, there has been no progress.
I have already tried the following steps, with no success:
Switching devices – different computers, browsers, mobile devices, reinstalling the app, etc.
Using different payment methods – credit card, PayPal
Having support reset my wallet
All signs suggest that my account has been locked by Meta.
This issue has lasted for two months now, and I kindly ask that you escalate this case to a specialized support team for further investigation and resolution.

Have you tried creating another account to see if you can buy something with it?
If that works, you could use that account to gift the games you want to your main account.
I know that's not convenient and not a solution... but at least you could get the games you want.
