I have a business account on Meta and a personal account. Both of these also have their separate ad accounts attached to them. However, whenever I try to open ads manager on my desktop, it just says invalid request and cites some API error and mentions that I won't be able to make changes to the account. Screenshot attached.
This is for my personal ad account as well. In the help centre, this shows up normally and there are no issues at all. I even tried to create a new ad account for this business portfolio but the same error shows up again and again. I really don't know what to do here and I'm desperately looking for a solution to this. I couldn't find a way to contact Meta directly for this and don't even know how to proceed now. I really need to start running ads on meta and I don't know what to do. Please help me out here!
