My Facebook account was locked on December 19, 2022. Yesterday, I was prompted to enter my phone number on the locked screen, which I did. However, once I accessed the account, I discovered that both my email and password hadbeen changed, likely by a hacker, on November 29 and November 30, 2022. Due to this, I cannot perform any actions on my account.
Currently, the email associated with my account is **** , which appears to be a dummy account. I have no access to this email or the updated password.
Yesterday, I reactivated my account via a sms code sent to my phone, but when I tried to verify my ID, Facebook asked for my password and then logged me out. Now, it’s asking for my email or password, but why? Please help! It seems my phone is still connected to my Facebook account.

Could you please assist me in recovering my account?
