My Facebook account has been disabled because my Instagram account was blocked, possibly for nreason

"Hello everyone,
Yesterday, I logged into Facebook as usual and received a notification saying: 'Your account has been suspended because your Instagram account was blocked due to violating our community standards.' I then went to Instagram to file an appeal, as shown in the image below, but I'm not sure if they are actually resolving my issue. I only use Instagram because my Threads account needs to be linked to Instagram.
How can I recover my Facebook account?
Thank you for your time and assistance!"
