I had my Facebook Account suspended permanently after being hacked, and it’s now not letting me use my meta account, as well as my oculus at all, had to create this account to get the support I needed.
It gives me an 8 digit code to enter, but won’t let me access my account to put in that 8 digit code. Won’t let me log out of my account either, so I can’t use my oculus quest 2. I have tried everything, Meta please help me. I’m stuck in this never ending loop, of putting my email in, putting in the verification, going to auth.oculus.com and it still won’t let me access my account to even sign out to create a new one.
this was a gift from my nan who passed away recently and just wanted to play. But it isn’t letting me even sign out to create a new account. I don’t care if I loose the games that were on it, I just want to play on the oculus again. Please help
